As far as depth goes though, the combination of White, Woodbury, Olaseni, Basabe, and Uthoff is much better than Niang, Ejim, Edozie, Gibson. Not because of the top 2, but because of the next 2 or 3. -DeanVogs

Thank goodness for Murph on the radio. He is at least level headed, and very easy to listen to. I don't find myself cringing like I do with Deace and Miller. I can listen to Murph for more than 10 minutes and still want to listen again the next day. Love him!

yea. Honestly I don't listen to sports talk that much. Only tuned in because Coach Fen tweeted he was going to be on and then they said JP was going to be on later.

    Murph and Andy, my bad.

I had never been a huge fan of Murph and Andy UNTIL I listened to their radio show. They do a great job.

Re: JP on Matt and Murph after this Break

I caught JP on Murph and Andy, and then right after JP with Marty. There was no comparison.
Marty asked Pollard the tough questions, while still being conversational. Tirrell pressed JP on the significance of the Neb-Iowa rivalry overshadowing the Cy-Hawk rivalry, the marketing of Cyclone and Big 12 sports (or lack of it), the crappy Big 12 network, and also whether JP will hold Rhoads and Hoiberg to the same standard of getting to bowl games and NCAA tournaments to keep their jobs, while the Big 12 will be tougher to win in. When JP tried to say that bowls and NCAA's are the media's expectations, not his, Marty kept after him with three more follow-ups. Moreover, there was respect and courtesy on both sides.
Murph and Andy asked Pollard no tough questions. For all of his faults, Marty is the best sports interviewer around here by far.

No, no, no. He opened a soul food place with his old lady over on Maxwell Street. And he took Blue Lou with him.
