    It is great for basketball recruiting that a) we have a conference TODAY and b) we are in a big time conference.

    We would have probably lost any shot we had at most of the Iowa kids in the next couple of years if we had moved.

    Very good questions by the interviewer and a lot of wisdom offerered by the interviewee (Fred!). This is the first time in a long time that I've heard Fred speak and I couldn't have been more impressed. Can't wait to see him in action this fall!

    Looks like everyone's a bit too obsessed with conference realignment (and rightfully so to a point) to comment on this.

    Any other day I'd bet this gets some attention.
