    Big East / Baylor

I am starting to love this Big East talk. I'd probably be pretty excited about it if it comes to fruition. The only thing that bothers me is that Baylor does not appear to be included. I don't have a soft spot in my heart for Baylor, but I do have a soft spot for anyone in this whole mess that may be left on the outside looking in.

I really have a hard time seeing how they could fit into the Big East. They're a huge stretch geographically. But I guess you could also say that about USF. Any chance we would look out for them?

Maybe they'll end up in the MWC, which wouldn't be all that bad. Heck, we still might end up there and we should probably be pretty happy if we do.

I see what your saying, and I do feel bad about teams on the outside looking. However, this just shows that you should always look out for your self. I don't hate them, I wish them well. But ISU comes first and then everyone else.

Why not bring them along? It would not be bad to have a Texas "presence".

If there was a way that was workable, I'd advocate including Baylor...that being said, they've had their hand in the Texas politics of everything anyways.

It wouldn't make sense to add BU from a location standpoint. I know that USF is an odd man already, but adding BU to that would make no sense.

I hope if this goes through they can hitch their wagon to one of the TX schools. Hopefully Tech or Texas can work them in.

I see where you are coming from but come on...they were going to leave the North high and dry in a nanosecond if they could by jumping to the Pac 10. I have zero remorse not thinking twice about them getting left out.

They lost me the moment all the strong-arming came out. But I do feel bad for anyone on the outside looking in and wish anyone in that situation all the best. That being said...I'm done with the Texas teams.

If A&M decides to go to the SEC instead of Pac 16, maybe Baylor sneaks in with the Texas Crew out West.

I understand that they'd be left out but from a location standpoint it just wouldn't be logical at all.

or Mizzou could still end up in Big 10 and Baylor would come along with the remnants of the Big 8

    Re: Big East / Baylor

I do genuinely feel bad it they are the only one left behind. They have a great shot at ending their bowl-less streak if they joined the MWC however.

I say you add BU, Hawaii, and a CFL team and put them in the Big East "WTF" division with USF.
