He went to the hospital with a Brain Hemorrhage and I believe was in a coma at one point in time.

    Re: Gary Coleman Dies

He had a really tough time once he became an adult. In and out of trouble as I recall.

I read he had a lot of kidney problems so that may have what got him.

He was funny in his time...

he fell and had a brain hemorrhage as a result. Or the hemorrhage caused the fall.

was it some sort of Different Stroke?

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

Yeah, he had a pretty sad life after his childhood fame. He always seemed pretty bitter as an adult, but I guess I would be too if I had once been an icon and had nothing to show for it.
