    Anybody work out at Lied?

I have a new inspiration. It's the old guy in blue. We'll call him blue. Every time I come in he is to the wall on the elliptical. Anybody know who I'm talking about?

Yes, I did. I went there about 3 times. Usually we tried to sneak into the Towers because you don't have to deal with the meatheads. Sure, the equipment is old but it was all we needed since we knew what we needed to do and how to do it with just a simple bar and some weights. I do know of the man you speak of.

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.

Weren't they working on getting AC or at least better ventilation in there? Can anybody explain the changes that you notice?

I know who you are talking about. It isn't Stan. The guy he is talking about is much much older than Stan.

He even does some of the lifting machines sometimes too. Good for him.

See, now I was always inspired by the old guy that was always on the dance floor at Peoples whenever there was live music. Different priorities I guess!

The entrance area is air conditioned, the basketball courts and track aren't. There are huge fans hanging from the ceiling that keep it a little bit cooler in there, and even when it's warm, at least air is moving.

I call BS. No one can be much much older than Stan. They're called dead.

    Man, I forgot about Stan.

He would call next, then need at least 4 others so he could field a team (or 5 if he needed a breather)
