How does a Colorado team that returns an absolute abomination, plus a Kansas team, that loses its best players from last year, and breaks in a new coach, consistently stay ahead of ISU in these lists? These kind of things are meaningless, because they are just filling in names after the top 30, and have no real concept of what the other teams will offer on the gridiron.
