    Re: Celtics at Magic (-4.5)

The NBA has upgraded Dwight Howard's foul on Kevin Garnett in Game 4 to a flagrant.

He has 2 points and a an automatic suspension occurs after exceeding three. Howard is surely aware of this, but it does hurt the Magic, as they clearly play better when Howard is playing a physical game instead of being a comedian.

    Howards a comedian?

This does hurt the Magic, especially since Howard will be getting mugged. He will not be able to defend himself aggressively so he will have to be patient with it. The guy uses his elbows. I was always taught to get space with your elbows because you should be able to have that room as an offensive player. Sure, there is a line between using them effectively and trying to bash someone in the nose (which i will say he has done) but sometimes the whole elbow thing is called ridiculously.

How is that point system? Is it just one for the flagrant or is it two?

Garnett is more aggressive with his elbows than Howard is, and he is never called for anything.

Maybe true. I don't know. It just seems like because Howard is this physical specimen he is penalized for things other guys aren't. I am biased so maybe that is wrong but man he gets some tough calls like the one where he got a rebound, simply turned around and Garneet had his goofy head there and by complete accident got elbowed. In my book that's not a foul.

I also did notice Garnett only had 2 fouls in the 4th the other night. How does a post player only have 2 fouls when Dwight Howard is on the other team and you are trying to put him at the line?

    Re: Celtics at Magic (-4.5)

I think they have flagrant ouls that can be 1 or 2 points but not sure. Well how much does KG really guard Howard I mean they have Perkins, Davis and Wallace to do that

Help defense man. I know he doesn't guard him but you would think there would be a lot of opportunities for him to be somewhere in the vicinity. Of course, that is under the assumption that Rashard "Hey I'll Stand in the Corner and Wait for the Ball to Come Here Instead of Making a Cut or Doing ******* Something" Lewis is not scared to step inside the 3 pt. line.

If the Magic win this game can you imagine th pressure that Boston will be under for game 6 after what the Flyers did to the Bruins coming back from 3-0 to win.

Howard's foul was on Perk not KG and it was absolutely a flagrant and should have been called as such in the game. KG only had 2 fouls in the 4th because he doesn't guard Howard unless he's caught in a switch. Perk, Rasheed and Baby defend Howard and KG guards Lewis.

I am surprised he only had 2 fouls but I can understand a bit of it when Lewis stands outside all game long kinda easy not to foul then

Yeah, I wish Bass and Pietrus were playing instead of him most of the time. I didn't last playoffs because Lewis played well, but he has done exactly 0 this year.

    Celtics v Magic

I actually think that Magic can come back, and win this series. I\'ll be interesting to watch that\'s for sure.
