    Cubs vs. Rangers 5/23

How bad do we need a middle reliever? I can't take much more of this.

Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

They do, but for whatever reason Lou decides to only use him as a LOOGY.

Agree completely. Marshall has some nasty stuff and has always been pretty reliable. Lou chooses instead to put in Grabow. I don't get it.

Marshall just saved the mess that Grabow and Howry left behind.

marshall is awesome. he needs to be used more as the middle relief instead of the rescue man.

Isn't Marshall being used as the setup man now? I'd rather have him there than middle relief. If a starter goes 7 innings, I like having Marshall/Marmol there to finish the game.

Signing Howry to solidify your bullpen is like using a bandaid on a gunshot wound... And not just any bandaid, those little circular ones.

Exactly. Howry was miserable in Chicago the first time around and yet we bring him back. I don't get it. We really should have gotten a solid middle reliever for D Lee.

I understand your train of thought here, but I don't see anyone dealing a reliever this early in the season, especially for an underperforming first-baseman making as much as Lee is.

Why would Lee be traded? I would look at shipping off the other corner.

NHL teams need to be added to the favorite teams section.

Rami will turn it around, he always seems to. I think we should keep both, as much as we need a reliever, theres not much out there.

Still have no freakin clue why Jim signed Howry's terrible *** back to the team.
