No more respect for "King" James in the NBA

After last night's game between Boston and Cleveland, I just don't have anymore respect for "King" James and his "team" of agents and childhood friends. The way he quit on his team in game 5 and in the last 1:30 of last night's game reminds of why I don't watch the NBA on a regular basis.

No question he quit. Can't even be argued. There are times where he wasn't even on the TV screen b/c he was standing at half court with 1:30 left.

Probably true....but he is the leader. He wants the shoe contracts, commercials, wants to a billionaire, wants people to call him "King." Than he can't be seen quitting. It's like he wants it all given to him without doing the work

Good thing Jamison lived up to the 2nd scorer role that they needed, or Varejao was an effective energy player that played good defense, or Mo Williams didn't disappear in the 2nd half again...

    Wait...

Keep giving King the MVP, and keep giving Kobe the RINGS baby! #5 on its way... If Phil stays with Kobe, i think hell pass Jordans 6.

To the above poster, you should tune in more often and watch... Even though Bron quit the atmosphere in Boston was outstanding... When he shot free throws everyone was going crazy and chantin New York Knicks... was classic. I love how everone hates Lebron now, such a hypocritical media! Next season he will be the best player ever born again to everyone nationally... so stupid. Hes good, but 2nd best to Kobe because of the mental part of the game. That and the offense the coach runs SUCKS! should be a Magic Johnson 80s Laker type offense with Bron at point.

Not a good showing for Lebron or the Cavs, but at least he shook hands with the opposing team this time.

    -Lebron: Gone
    -Mike Brown: Fired
    -Danny Ferry: Fired
    -Cleveland: Business as usual

Agreed. Just too many things that went wrong to blame it solely on him.

I think both Mike & LeBron are gone, but there is NO way both of them are back next year.

I think he resembles more of a Magic or Isiah. Definitely the best player on the court most of the time, but needs the right surrounding cast to win (although Magic pretty much drug the Lakers to the championship in '87 with little help).
