AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State's track and field team left Thursday morning for the Big 12 Track and Field Championships at Columbia, Mo. The Cyclone women will seek to again finish in the upper division of the conference while the men will seek the same position. One thing is for certain, there will be little warm-up time. Competition begins at 8:15 a.m. Friday with ISU's Lisa Koll leading a Cyclone contingent in the women's 10,000-meter run. Koll is attempting to become the first four-time female Big 12 champion in a single event in the 10k.
