    McKnight vs. Godfrey?

For CIMD, KG-Clone or anyone else who may have watched them go head to head when they were in town on their recruiting visit, who's better, who's more ready, and what does each player bring to the table?

I'm not talking about their YouTube videos or #of stars, but rather I'm hoping for insight from when they played.

    Cyclone hope springs eternal...

    Re: McKnight vs. Godfrey?

    My guess?

Godfrey is more ready to play from day 1. Physically stronger and older. Will be the better player the first couple years

    McKnight has a higher ceiling.

I think both will be very solid players. Great gets on both.

I've never seen either one play, but you gotta like McKnight's 7 foot wingspan.

I haven't seen either play. Godfrey is only 17 though, he just played in a 17 and under event in Minnesota. He's one of the few seniors still only 17 and thus is allowed to play.

    Re: McKnight vs. Godfrey?

They both better be ready to play and make a difference. Lets hope they can get a lot better before the season starts. They both will be players the program is built around.

    Re: McKnight vs. Godfrey?

I would say Godfrey. The reason I am excited about him is he brings something we have had since Homan and Stinson and that is he is described as mean and nasty. We need that.
