Where do you go for info?

Besides CF, we all have our favorite places online to go for info. I was curious what the favorites are among cyclone fans

    For me:

    MLB - yahoo sports/mlb.com
    NFL - nfl.com
    fantasy football - nfl.com/yahoo sports
    NHL - yahoo sports
    NBA - yahoo sports
    college football - yahoo sports
college basketball - cbssportsline (despite gregg doyel)

anything else - usually yahoo sports

so I would say I spend most time on yahoo sports.

I second that. I use MSN a lot and they link foxsports, so I use that by default.

For news I use drudge and cnn.com.

You just used 'drudge' and 'news' in the same sentence. Are you sure you didn't mean 'gossip'?

I use it just like NBC/CBS/ABC/FOX claim the have nightly "news" program. Drudge doesn't falsify documents with no penalties, that's for sure.

Usually the 2 sites I go to are ESPN and CollegeFootballNews.com. Both have their upsides and downs, but both generally have pretty good analysis.

Re: Where do you go for info?

I personally think Yahoo Sports is terrible - I avoid them at all costs. Otherwise, I like different writers at different sites and I prefer a lot of the privelaged sites like ESPN Fantasy Insider, ESPN Insider, Rivals, etc. But there are really good and bad aspects of every source!

Re: Where do you go for info?

My primary sources are ESPN.com, foxsports.com (for just about everything), and yahoo.com (fantasy only), with cbs.sportsline and cnnsi.com as secondary sources.

Re: Where do you go for info?

ESPN if you're willing to pay - CBS sportsline for the freebies.

CBS Sportsline also has the best free gametrackers

The Talented Mr Roto - is THE site for fantasy footballers out there, awesome message board.

Re: Where do you go for info?

I'm pretty much exclusively CF, no question. If anything big is happening outside of college level athletics (or other world events for that matter), it's already being discussed here. Usually there's a link to the story.

I find myself at all of those at least once or twice a week. However I'm usually on ESPN.com a couple of time per day.
