    Storm Article on Lacey

STORM: Bowman, Lacey Take Different Paths to Storm Camp

They have to cut 1/2 their roster, and that team has some big names and big time players on it. However, the article does imply Aus will get a Rookie contract, YES!!! Fortunately, I think her work ethic and smarts is highly needed as back up for Sue Bird.

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

    coaches comment on Lacey

"But I will say this. From a point guard standpoint, (rookie) Alison (Lacey)'s done a very good job. She picks things up and she's been good."

Good article... Lacey seems to adjusting well and we all know how well she will do. Go Aus.

    In other ISU/Storm news:

STORM: Notebook: Storm Preparing for Tough Decisions

The Storm will add two more players to its camp roster tomorrow evening, when guard Lindsey Wilson and forward Laura Kurz return from Greece. Their season ended yesterday. Agler indicated Kurz and Wilson are scheduled to complete their physicals on Wednesday morning before traveling with the team to Portland.

    Re: Storm Article on Lacey

I just hope that Lacey was drafted in the first round shows that the Storm will be patient with her and values her as a very good player and very good investment
