    MLB.TV and PS3

Sony and MLB announced that subscribers to MLB.TV will be able to stream games through their Playstation 3. I love this news. In the past I've complained that my cable company didn't have the MLB package in HD. This year I'm complaining because I could only watch the games on my computer. Well, best of both worlds now!

I downloaded this last night and the picture quality was very good. It still lags a little like any internet stream, but other than that it was pretty spectacular. I highly recommend it.

Now...if we could only do something about the MLB blackout rules.

I know there's a way to change your IP address so you can stream blacked out games in your market. I think it's just a matter of downloading some software. I'm not sure how well it works but I have seen it done. I'm sure someone else can shed some more light on the matter.
