I was at all but 3 home games last year (work trip and weather related) and I watched that team work their ***** off all year long. It wasn't always real pleasant for me, but it was certainly a lot better for me than those players.

But you go for it, not showing up. For every one of you fans who think the basketball players owe them something, I'll get better seats. And I'll still have those seats when you are back on the bandwagon.
They have been compensated well for their efforts. Both financially (scholarships) and in fan support (how many schools have the level of attendance we've had with as bad as we've been?).

If you're at a restaurant, and you have given them multiple tries over the years, with the hope that things have gotten better. You can tell the cook is trying, but the food still sucks. Do you keep going, and paying for crappy food, just because the cook is trying real hard?

Grayer on board would make me a little happier, but I have no idea if he can actually coach. Also, it's sickening that Greg is still being given a shot of MINIMUM 2 years..

IF this is correct info. But, hey at least my optimism just went up a little bit?

Re: McDermott Guaranteed 2-3 more years?

i think this could be a good thing. i've thought all along that if jp decided to keep gmac here this year he might as well give him 2 years because we all knew going into next year that it wouldn't be the best year anyway. i also like the looks of our possible recruiting class in next year.

but - if you don't go.....
do you continue talk for years on end, hourly about the restraurant?
go / don't go, but please we get it, u guys don't like GMac, fine..
    stop bringing it up constantly!
We will still support OUR team and get better seats in the meantime.
If smaller crowds, we will just be louder.

This was also my guess this morning. The only way the Energy coach moves over is at least a stable two years. Folks, Greg is HC for 2 or 3 more years since we do not want to spend money to change.

If ISU has another losing season, there's no way GMac will come back in 2011-2012. Pollard would become the biggest hypocrite on the planet. Can't happen. Too many donors will go after Pollard.

If its a place i used to absolutely love, and had been devoted to it prior to this new cook coming in and making the food unbearable, you're damn right i'd be saying something to the owner\manager.

    Too late...

McCarney - Losing season at the end of a handful of mostly good ones (except one). GOODBYE

Wayne Morgan - Oh, 16-14 and no post season..only non post season. GOODBYE

Greg McDermott - Never a winning season, never a post season, 18-50 in Big 12 conference play after four seasons. Not fired yet.

If it's bad food, you don't give money to the restaurant. Who would give money to an organization that doesn't put out a good product unless you worked for them?

then, say it to the manager (JP) and would you say it to their face?
why bring it up to people that just have a different opinion. it's just negativity.
