West Cyde Wings is pretty tough to beat in town here (although I'm too big of a Nancy to try their "inferno" wings )

Im just glad I have Homan as my bodyguard, Eustachy joked. If I ever make it real big and get to drive a limo everyday, hell be driving it. I thought he came off the bench like somebody was stealing his cow or something.

    Re: Wings

I love Outback's wings, not the traditional buffalo sauce but they taste great imo. I usually fill up on wings and beer before our meal even gets there. Of course a leftover Ribeye on Sunday is always nice to.

    Re: Wings

I like Famous Daves food period. As for wings, I'm a BWW whore. Wings are the only thing I've ever had at Hooters, but they have always been solid.

I also liked the TV show "Wings."

Hooters has best looking chicken parts including wings - nice golden brown.

    Re: Wings

Where were all those Campustown wings places when I was at ISU??? Pizza Pit's wings were always solid. This might sound weird, but I always liked the wings they had at res. hall food service. They were always served on spaghetti night, so there was unlimited garlic bread too!

If you ever visit Seattle you can find some pretty good wings at Pyramid Brewery, across the street from Safeco Field.

    Re: Wings

I hate Hooters wings. I like wings that drip with sauce. Hooter's were always to dry. My buddy, who can eat about 100 wings at a sitting, concurs so I must be right. He can also eat 100 goldfish so don't mess with him. :)

There still really isn't anywhere in Campustown to get wings except for Pizza Pit (which I've not tried).

As for the cafeteria wings- I agree. They're quite tasty. They're a bit of a different style, since Dining tried to make them healthier, but they're still delicious. As for the garlic bread, every night is pasta night now... The UDCC is a magical place.

I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.

    Re: Wings

I have a sad confession to get off my chest...I have never had a hot wing. I have never been to a Hooters. I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings.

But I will agree with Drive4cy, Wings really was a good show.
