    Hey recruits! If you are not mature enough yet for the responsibility of NCAA athletics and a proper education come to Iowa State for a year or two and try it out. Then move on to your final destination that much more prepared to succeed!

    Holy Crap!!! That just gave me an idea for the future of our team. McDermott needs to stop recruiting highschool 4-year players and start focusing 100% on JUCO transfers. They are less likely to leave with only 1 year eligibility remaining after season 1. They are a bit older and more mature. They have less time to defect. I think this is the obvious solution to our ongoing problem. Recruit from the junior colleges only.
