    Iceland Volcano Shenanigans

So, guess who was supposed to be flying out of Des Moines this evening in route to London? YUP, this guy.

The soonest I would be able to get to EUROPE would be the morning of the 19th, in Paris. And I'd then have to pay for my own train ticket to London. My return was scheduled for the 24th, so I figured droping $1000 dollars on a ticket for a rushed/incomplete vacation wasn't work it.

Good news is... I'm not gonna miss VEISHEA!

Maybe CW can hook you up with a coupon for your next flight.

Thats sucks. My wife's and my departing flight from Des Moines en route to Dublic got cancelled last year because of snow. Fortuntely we could push everything back a day.

    Hopefully you can reschedule soon.

Yea, rescheduling won't be happening. My cousin is studying abroad there right now and I was going to stay with him and hang out because it's his last week there before he heads to Barcelona, then back to the U.S. Oh well, can't change it!
