    St. Louis interested in Roethlisberger?

As reported by Mike and Mike this morning, and confirmed by some of their NFL analysts, there is a rumor out there that the Rams are interested in exchanging this year's and next year's 1st round picks for Roethlisberger.

If there's any teeth to this, I think the Steelers should absolutely seriously consider it. While Roethlisberger is a good QB, I've always felt that he's been a beneficiary of the system there and any decent QB would have similar success there. Plus it's two first round picks from the Rams - the #1 pick this year, and more than likely a top 5 pick next year. If I were a Steelers decision-maker that'd be almost too good for me to pass up.

And if I'm Sam Bradford I'm praying like mad that this actually happens...

Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

There is no way that you give up back to back #1's because next year's pick will probably be a Top 6 or 7 pick too...but the Steelers would absolutely do this deal.

I don't know. I don't think Bradford would stand a chance with that offensive line that they have in Pitt. The only reason that Big Ben has been able to survive is the fact that he is huge.

I think that St Louis would be give too much up for him.

No way would the Steelers take that deal.

Two first rounders for Roethlisberger? I think the Steelers would be idiots to not take that deal. Plus, since the rams were the team that held on to Leonard Little it makes perfect sense.

How stupid are the Rams? Of course you take that if your the Steelers! There are at least five better QB's than Big Ben!
