Who has left from Big XII teams?

Listening to Deace and Chris this morning, and it's been very interesting. They started talking about players in the Big 12 that have left for whatever reason, and it made me realize that I have totally lost track.

So, who has left since the end of the season?

Avery Bradley went pro? Ouch, I guess I wouldn't have thought that would work out.

Pullen from KSU and Xavier Henry from KU may eventually go pro too. Might as well throw in our trio of players on that list too: Brackins, Gilstrap, Hamilton

Nebraska has had atleast three players leave. This might be a good thing for them though.

I honestly think if we can get a core group of guys that work hard and play tough and together, we can scrape 6-7 big 12 wins. Sometimes if you take out star power, others play to a higher potential.

From a points production standpoint their combined stats are about the equivalent of us losing Hamilton's scoring from last year. I am sure Ham out rebounded them collectively.

We've heard that one before - see Wes J's transfer.

Does anyone ever listen whenever Johnny Orr gets a microphone?? He always says, "Talent wins 99% of the time."

I'm sick of blind optimism about another sub-mediocre basketball season that will be 2010-2011.

Final Four says differently this year.

How does the final four say different? you don't think those teams are talented? Michigan State? all they get is four and five star recruits. preseason top 5 team
Duke? same thing. very talented all four and five star recruits.
West Virginia? very talented with one of the best all around players in basketball in Dasean Butler
Butler? don't let the small school fool you. Gordan Hayward is one of the best players in the country and they have a couple more good players.

I'll give you Duke. But the most talented teams all lost. Hands down Kentucky, Syracuse and Kentucky were the most talented teams in the country. Even K-State and Baylor were more talented than this years final four.

I like how this years final four showcases four teams that play as a team, sound fundamentals, control tempo, etc etc. They are four really well coached teams that know how to play and win as a TEAM.

We will have to scrape for 6-7 non conference wins. It really dosen't matter how weak the schedule is. We struggled with some **** poor teams at Hilton last season.

    I agree with you.

Certainly the NCAA Tournament was a little more unpredictable this year but let me remind everyone of where these Final Four teams appeared on the pre-season polls heading into this season:

    MSU: #2 on AP, #2 on ESPN/USAT

    WVa: #8 on AP, #9 on ESPN/USAT

    Duke: #9 on AP, #8 on ESPN/USAT

    Butler: #11 on AP, #10 on ESPN/USAT

There is no Cinderella Story this year...all of the Final Four teams were considered top 10 caliber teams heading into the season...no George Mason in this pack.

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
