Really the end of Shawn Michaels?

I have been a wrestling fan on and off since I was born. Was watching Raw tonight to catch the result of the match with him and Undertaker. I can't believe his career is over! I have been one of his biggest fans forever. Does anyone else that watches WWE believe this is really the end of Shawn Michaels? Wrestling won't be the same if so and I will probably watch less than ever.

I think somehow he will comeback and wrestle Vince. I can't believe it's over!

He will take 6-12 months off to recover and rebuild he will be back then

I'm a pro wrestling fan who still watches although I'm about done with it. I believe HBK is done. In wrestling words usually don't mean crap, see that piece of crap Flair who is wrestling for a joke of a wrestling company TNA because he is bankrupt and needs the money. HBK is a pro's pro and tonight was truly the end of an era. HBK will be back at Wrestlemania next year as a inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame.

I haven't watched wrestling in years, but if the past is any indicator he is probably just taking a few months off only to come back and ''surprise'' everyone and start wrestling again.

Re: Really the end of Shawn Michaels?

From what I understand he has quite the rough past, mostly brought on by himself. He really wants to get away and be with his family. He already made his comeback from his major back injuries to make the $$. That's not to say he won't make cameos every once in awhile.

Shawn Michaels is still wrestling? Good lord, I remember he and Jannetty as the Rockers too. Seriously, that was 20 freaking years ago. How did he become great anyway? They weren't a very good tag team back then. They were one of my favorites, just not that good.

Re: Really the end of Shawn Michaels?

I think he is done after watching last night, he may do a wrestlemania style run-up next year or maybe after, but I don't see him back in the squared circle on a full-time basis like he has been. I also don't see him selling out and going to TNA like Flair, Hogan, or Mick Foley who all "retired" and then came back in TNA. He is one of the few wrestlers that I never got to see live that I really wanted to see. Darn growing up and not spending money on Raw!
