FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Lisa Koll says she is a different runner now, even compared to the Iowa State distance performer who lapped three All-Americans to win the 2008 NCAA 10,000-meter run at Drake Stadium in Des Moines. She affirmed her progression as a dominant runner Friday, running away from the field to win the 5,000-meters at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the Randal Tyson Track Complex. Koll finished in 15:39.65 and won by nearly 11 seconds over runner up Marie Louis Asselin of West Virginia, who crossed the finish line in 15:50.53.
