Best Stadium to watch a game at?

Since there is a thread about the worst place to watch a game at right now, what stadium would you pick as the best place? I don't care what your criteria are, just tell what the best place is and why.

For me, I would definitely say LSU's stadium. Having gone there to visit last weekend, I was very impressed with what I saw.

Probably Kyle Field. Great atmosphere and polite fans. I'd love to see more SEC venues. I've only been to Arkansas. Would love to see LSU, Florida, maybe Bama.

Big 12- Kyle Field would probably be the best place to go. UT isnt bad either. Nice fans at both stadiums (nicer at TAMU)
I'd love to go to games at some SEC venues.. LSU, Auburn (maybe once chiz gets fired)
And i'd definitely like to go to a game at Camp Randall stadium. I've spent several days in that stadium but never been to a game there, it seems like itd be a great place for it.

I'd love to take in a big SEC rivalry game at night sometime. Also, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Texas A&M.

The stadium where my teams are winning. JTS or Arrowhead.

Jordan Hare stadium, Auburn Alabama. About 90,000 fans that sing every word of the national anthem. The excitement and pageantry of SEC football..........................and the thrill of watching them fly that eagle before kickoff. It's awesome. Gives me chills every time.

Notre Dame Stadium. I went this past year with my brother to see the game against Washington. So much history and tradition there. It's a very special place.

Prepared to be bent over in this thread....

Of the stadiums I've been to, it's between Kyle Field and Lincoln Memorial. A&M fans are more fun than Nebraska (read: they like to party, and the game isn't life or death) and just as nice.

That said, I'd probably give the slight nudge to Nebraska. That stadium is BEAUTIFUL. Kyle Field is big, but it's not near as pretty from an architecture stand point as Memorial.

A look that only the coach with the lowing win % in ISU history could exude. It's awesome. Gives me chills every time.

Of the venues I've been too, I would have to say Nebraksa and Arrowhead. If you want to talk about venues that I would most like to go check out, LSU, Ohio State, and Oregon.

Al, I'm not going to bend you over by any means, but I had a different experience with visiting Memorial Stadium. During the last back to back national championships at kNU, I attended the ISU game at Memorial. I sat in a section that had a crappy view under a overhanging balcony. The stairwells and corridors would give just about anyone clausterphobia and the fans near me were in no way gracious. Late in the 4th quarter, with the game clearly out of reach (I think the final in that one was 77-14, kNU) there were fans all around screaming at the top of their lungs obscenties and still screaming for blood. I get my hackles up everytime I hear someone comment on the courtesy extended to the visitors at Memorial.

I've heard many others having different experiences there, but this one left a very bad taste in my mouth...

Re: Best Stadium to watch a game at?

I have been to Kyle Field and it's freaking awesome.

Camp Randall was waayyy over rated. There student section is great. However the rest of there fans suck

OU was pretty decent. THe boomer Sooner chant was cool.

    Kansas was horrible.

    Nebraska is pretty good.

    Missouri is really weird.

The Rose bowl kind of sucked when I went. No I did not go to a Rosebowl Game. I went to UCLA vs. Oregon State back in the 90's. UCLA fans did not really care. It was like the Iowa Cubs. More there because it was nice weather and it was something to do.
