    ISU is down 5 with 3 seconds left.

    Last year everyone and their mother knew who was getting the ball. And for once, that wasn't a bad thing. Kock was money when we needed a yard or two.

    So, who's going to be our "Ryan Kock" this year?

    I would think it would be the Beast from the Northeast (Iowa), Taylor Mansfield since he goes at about 260. I think he has more raw talent than Ebner or Eckwelundu.

    I like how you said we are down 5. That way we dont have to rely on a clutch kick which has broke our back the last few years.

    Anyway, whatever happened to Tank Johnson? He was like 300 pounds.

    Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

    ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

    I agree Kock was money and the obvious goal line choice so why were getting cute against Missouri with the QB Rollout at the end of the game that nearly cost us the W. Sorry to pick at old wounds.

    Can't answer that until we see what our offensive line can do. If they are capable of pushing someone -- anyone, you hand it off. If they show that they cannot, you have to go playaction, preferrably a misdirection to a TE, fade to Blythe, or FB in the flat.

    It also depends on who we are playing. If it's against Toledo, I would be more inclined to run. If it's against Texas, there is no way I run it.
