Love this team. Also love the new unis...

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

Our pitching will make you earn it. Buehrle, Peavy, Danks, Floyd and Garcia is a tough go. We need to see if we can score runs though.

re: Thinkin about the 2010 Minnesota Twins

Excitement is good, I certainly have some expectations for once.

Roll through? Doubtful, a lot to be seen. The White Sox and Tigers have superior pitching staffs, and the Twins will need to establish themselves in the new stadium.

re: Thinkin about the 2010 Minnesota Twins

I'm super-pumped for this coming year. Yeah, our staff might not be the greatest but it has potential. If Liriano can return to form, Blackburn, Slowey, Pavano, and Baker, all were pretty good to end last year. The hitting lineup looks as good as I've seen in a long time. The additions of O-Dog and Thome will not only help the clubhouse attitude, but provide needed depth. And our bullpen is solid and above avg for the American League. With all that, we have the best manager in baseball in Gardy, who knows how to get the most from his players. Can't wait to go check out Target Field!!! Was there last year for the Red Sox series and the new ballpark looked great from the outside!!! So, to answer your question, HELL YES, I'm ridiculously excited for this year!!! Especially coming off this disappointing MBB season.....at least something to look forward to!!

I sure know the Indians are going to be no good again this year. Twins will win the central. Then lose in the playoffs right away.

Man it must be the year for fans of minnesota teams to drown in kool-aid. First the vikings, and now the twins. There was even a decent amount of kool-aid drinking for the Goofers.

I'm not drinkin the Kool-Aid, Im drinkin up all the talent & experience we have. White Sox always self destruct with the Oz & Hawk, Tigers lost a TON of key players, the Indians are still stuck up on the '07 ALCS, and the Royals... Well they are still the Royals...

Clarify this point...how is this so? Ozzie has a ring! I think Gardy is a great manager...but he does not have a ring...and has had many chances to get one! Anyways, I love baseball and am very excited about the season to start!

As for feelings and expectations...just ask Cub fans how they feel at the beginning of every season...yeah, it doesn't always work out that well!

I'm a Packer fan, but anyway not sure why you think it's kool-aid. The Vikings made the NFC championship game, and the Twins have 5 of the last 8 division titles I think. Plug up a few key holes in the lineup with guys known to be great clubhouse guys, what's not to like?

Even if JJ Hardy and Hudson have below average years for themselves, it still is better production than they were seeing from Punto, Casilla, and Tolbert.
