He was a second round choice of the Yankees in the 2002 draft and had been playing minor league ball.

Wasn't there another player that did that too last year, can't remember who it was

This guy ended up playing a pretty solid chunk of a nationally televised game on ESPN. I believe it was against Colorado. Not a bad player.

And the reason there's not much depth to anything on the Big XII blog on ESPN.com right now is because they literally don't have a Big XII blogger since Tim Griffin is no longer there. Hopefully they find somebody soon--it's kind of annoying not having someone to cover the conference in-depth.

Pretty poor research. Wally has already said Lattimore is going to be tried at DE this spring and he ignored Taufoo, who is much more likely to start at LB than Lattimore, IMO.

I was surprised that they mentioned Lattimore at all since he did not play last year. Usually they don't even do that much research and only mention people who actually got playing time the previous year.

Lattimore played last year. It was Taufoo who never played. Lattimore was on special teams.

The title of your thread accurately describes 95% of the threads on CF.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion - no matter how wrong they may be.
