    Directv DVR customers

If you have multiple DVR's that are networked you may want to check out your menu for "multi room". I can now watch both recordings for both DVR's. Pretty sweet.

The only thing I don't like is the wording makes it sound like this will be an add-on in the future that will cost money.

Thanks for the info. I have one DVR but I'm getting another one installed Friday for the HD.

this sounds pretty cool, I will have to figure out how to network them. Did you do that wirelessly or do you just run a Lan cable between them?

I have wireless but I have trouble gettingthe signal down to the basement so I bought these two items:

Netgear HDXB111 Powerline HD Plus Ethernet Adapter Kit

    Zonet Switch
    Newegg.com - Zonet ZFS3008 10/100Mbps Ethernet Switch 8 x RJ45 1K MAC Address Table 1Mega bits Buffer Memory - Switches

With this combo I'm able to get high speeds to my PS3, 2 HD DVR's, and a slingbox.
