Just for the heck of it...

I was watching the ol' "One Shining Moment" after the game last night, and decided to check out if any of the old ones were online. Sure enough, I found the two that I was really looking for. The first one is from 1997--the team that had Willoughby, Cato, Holloway, Bankhead, Pratt, etc. The second one is from the run in the 2000 NCAA Tournament. I'm not even going to mention how that one ended. Both clips show a few 'Clones fellas. Just thought I'd share.

those are pretty sweet....I also noticed the 1999 version off to the side, so I watched it...the part with "and all those years" they show the Hawkeyes huddled around Dr. Tom. I hate them as much as the next guy, but it was pretty cool seeing that for Dr. Tom.

The 2005 one is at youtube too. It shows a lot of ISU vs. NC and has a good clip of Homan.

Wow, that dunk by Cato in '97 along the baseline was ridiculous!!

Funny also to see some of the now NBA stars back in their college days.... Timmay Duncan, Van Horn, Bibby, etc...

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

    Thomas Jefferson, 1802
