    He'll be back then.

That's all it takes to get him back.... an entire segment of the population begging him to come back. He LOVES the attention.

Of course a few billboards might not be enough for him? It might take a LOT more attention than that. Did I mention how much he LOVES attention?

Re: Vikings fans using billboards to try and persuade Farve to return

Vikings VP of player personnel Rick Spielman said the team would "love to have Brett Favre back for another year and see if we can make another run at this."

"I think you go ahead and let Brett decide what he wants to do," Spielman said. That could mean letting Favre wait until August to make up his mind. Spielman said that Favre's situation won't influence their plans at the quarterback position. That makes us think they won't be making offers for Donovan McNabb.

Whether he comes back this year or not, they have to find the guy for the future.

Re: Vikings fans using billboards to try and persuade Farve to return

Star Tribune - Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is hoping that veteran quarterback Brett Favre has two seasons left in him.

Peterson told OKBlitz.com that he wants Favre to play two more seasons and win consecutive Super Bowls.

"I hope he comes back for another year or two, gives us another two years," Peterson said. "I think we could win back-to-back Super Bowls. I'd take one. But the talent we have on both sides of the football with Favre -- just the talent we have on offense, defense all phases -- I feel like we can go as high as we want

Re: Vikings fans using billboards to try and persuade Farve to return

ESPN - Vikings coach Brad Childress paid a visit to quarterback Brett Favre in his hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi this week.

Childress, in an interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune, said he told Favre he was only there to "see how you're doing," not to delve into how close he was on a decision regarding his return or possible retirement
