QB as a big weakness? Off the top of my head I think we have the second best QB situation in the North only behind Gabbert at MU.

    QB isn't a big strength but I wouldn't call it a weakness.

QB isn't even our biggest offensive weakness, let alone team weakness.

We lose most of our LBs but but you wouldn't call that one of the biggest weaknesses?

LB is a weakness, but with Knott and Klien, not as much as DL, which was the worst in the conference last year and we lose half of it.

    Re: 2010 position rankings

Our biggest questions on offense are going to be center and WR.

I would switch 1 and 2 but other than that I agree. We need to find away to get pressure up the middle against the passing attacks. That will be key.

    Re: 2010 position rankings

LB could turn out fine, we just don't know yet.

I'm not sure the DL will be able to generate much better if even the same amount of pressure as last season, which will make things difficult.

    Agreed.

I think the DL will be surprisingly improved this year. We get Parker back, and we had A LOT of young guys get PT last year. They should improve. Plus, if we get Rony Nelson in pads, they could almost be a strength.

KU should struggle with their new QB.

CU blows at a lot of positions too. Uh, eat it Buffs.

    Re: 2010 position rankings

KU, NU, CU, KSU, NIU, and UNI will all likely have inferior QB play. Utah breaks in a new guy I think, too. Iowa is a push as both Stanzi and Arnaud make great plays and idiotic ones in the same game, and Texas and OU have some serious question marks. Tech's guy is probably one dimensional, and a system product, and Mizzou clearly has a better guy.

    Re: 2010 position rankings

I'm not worried about our LB'ers at all. Do you know who the LB coach is? Your going to worry every year in college football, and theres always people who come out of no where and don't skip a beat. Our defense will be fine. And hell our offense could even be better than our defense now that they have a year of she spread under their belts.
