Exclamation I need some help from real Cyclone Football fans ...

I'm working on a project that I hope to release very soon (maybe even later today) but I really need some help from you! Based on my questions, you'll probably figure out at least part of what I'm doing, but I'm really stuck on this. If you could please weigh in your opinions I would so appreciate it.

    Rick White or Jordan Carstens?

    Keith Krepfle or Luther Blue?

    Karl Nelson or Keith Sims?

    Dave Hoppmann or Dwight Nichols?

    Seneca Wallace or Reggie Hayward?

    James Reed or Brent Curvey?

    Thank you!!!

If you are looking for comparisons, it's almost impossible on some of those players as they are from different positions. For example, Blue was an outstanding WR, fast could jump and a game changer. Krepfle was on the best TE in I State history. How do you compare the two? Same with Nelson, a lineman and Sims, a DB. Not sure where you are going here.

Keith Sims was an OL, not a DB.

you are right, wrong Sims, but same point. Might make an interesting thread sometime on ISU players with the same last names.

If it was easy, I wouldn't have asked for help

I know it is a difficult if not impossible task, but I must decide between them.

    In what context?

Overall contributions to the history of Iowa State football?

    Attention they brought to ISU?

    Stats?

    Professional careers?

I'm not a REAL cyclone football fan, otherwise I'd help out.

    Smartarse

I was trying to say someone that has following the program for more than let's say ... the last 4 seasons???

You can set the criteria, feel free to give your rationale

Those were the easy ones, continue to give your thoughts, but I got more coming ...

Krepfle played pro ball, was all Big 8 and won a lot of games for I State.
Karl Nelson would start today in the OL, he was a stud
Hoppman was one of the all time greats for Iowa State
I don't see how any of these are "easy", not for me.

Hoppman was a stud. If not matched up against the "face" of the dirty thirty I would have said him for sure.

Hoppman may beat out Nichols. Tough call.
