    Super Bowl Sunday Food Thread

Super Sunday is here, curious what type of food everyone is preparing (if any)?

    bar-b-cups

    one roll of pillsbury biscuits

pound of hamburger...make to your tasting for sloppy joe tasting meat

    2 cups cheese

put half of each biscuit in the bottom of a muffin pan and press the biscuit out on the bottom and sides of the muffin pan. Cook the hamburger and season or marinate to your tasting. We use garlic, lots of bbq sauce, salt, pepper and bunch of random stuff. Put the hamburger into the cups that you pressed out the biscuit and cover the tops with cheese. Put into oven until the biscuit is firm and cooked. Then enjoy, these are amazing and very easy to make

Good old little smokies and meatballs. Not to mention a lot of adult beverage to wash it all down. :)

Chili , but this isn't normal chili. 3 meats (steak, sausage, hamburger) lots of big veggies. And enough spice to make tomorrows bathroom trips dangerous.

I'm a big chili fan myself, this sounds pretty good, and I agree you've got to have a little zing in there or it just taste like tomato juice.

Wife is making some pickle wraps for the party we are attending. Pastrami, covered with cream cheese, wrapped around dill pickles, sliced into bite-size cylinders. Delicious!!

I've had these, or something pretty similar, and would have to agree they're tough to beat.

Re: Super Bowl Sunday Food Thread

I've got a new dip that is pretty awesome if you like Jalapeno Poppers.

    2 blocks of cream cheese
    Can of green chiles
Half cup mayo or Miracle Whip
    Jalapenos (to taste)
    Parmesan cheese

Soften cream cheese, then blend everything together and top with Parmesan. Heat until warm.

Serve on tortilla chips or crackers. This tastes just like the filling in Jalapeno Poppers!

Italian beef sandwiches. I've had my roast in the slow cooker, since 8am, can't wait.
