    James Kohler

Did James Kohler not commit anywhere? I'm surprised that a three star offensive lineman from Ames is not being talked about following signing day.

    Re: James Kohler

I heard a while back that he was not going to play sports in college and focus on either medical or law school. (can't remember which) But that was 3rd hand about 3 months ago.

    Re: James Kohler

I heard he just doesn't want to get as big as a college football tackle would have to be, so he's gonna play baseball.

    Re: James Kohler

I can respect that. It would be scary to get as big as Div. 1 lineman are and if you do not go pro have to get back to "normal".

    Re: James Kohler

I was watching the Ames/SC North bball game on Mediacom 22 and I couldn't believe how skinny he is. Offensive lineman? Looked like he had a lot of weight to put on to play o-line.

He has lost better than 20 pounds since football. Intentionally...
    He is not playing football.
