    Mac going off on Dendy

Does anyone know why Mac went off on Dendy like he did towards the end of the game. He was in his face, might have shoved him. He was ****** off. Anyone have a clue?

It is good to hear that our Coach seemed to give a hoot about something.

Re: Mac going off on Dendy

I guess it was somthing about Colvin going under instead of overthe screen and i think dendy did the same thing but what it came down to was Colvin said he was pushed and coach said that hes tougher then that or he needs to get tougher and fight through it.. and when coach talked to dendy, dendy didnt take it so well but i guess colvin pulled him to the side and said hey this is what coach wants and this is what he is talking about and dendy understood and i think it ended up being a good situation not only did GMAC get his point across but colvin stepped up as a leader

I assume it was for the careless turnover he had near mid court a possession or 2 prior to the timeout. The one where he flat out dropped the ball. The TV timeout was the next stop in play after the turnover.

Re: Mac going off on Dendy

There was a ball screen right before the TO that Colvin and Dendy kind of got stuck together and the CU player was able to get to the middle of the lane without a defender because of it. Sounded on the post game that he was yelling at both of them lice cmoore_23 said.

no i think our freshmen guard who was suspended for not getting along with the team took a player who was upset for getting yelled at and calmed him down and went into more detail what the coach was looking for while the coach talking to other players

Dendy needs to be on the floor more, don't understand GMAC'S subbing , always seens like terrible timing when he does

Re: Mac going off on Dendy

Sitting right behind it, we heard Coach yell "Move". Coach was fired up about the lack of communication on the screen because they were switching everything out front. And I think Dendy did it more than once and I would guess he was having trouble in practice with it too for Coach to off like that. I mean as soon as the official blew the timeout Coach was FT line extended going after Dendy! He was ticked!!!

Sidenote, how good was Colvin, of our teams 15 assists he had 5 of them with limited minutes. Looked way better with him at the 1 and DG at the 2 as well. I bet Craig thinks so too!!

I noticed that too, Chris seems to have taken his wake-up call to heart and is the better man for it. I'm excited to have him here three more years. He was fun to watch last night.

I don't think anyone can seriously accuse Mac of not caring about this team. He may not be incredibly demonstrative, but the guy is in every single game.
