    Welcome Back

I'd just like to welcome back our dominant Craig Brackins. That was a phenomenal performance!

    Re: Welcome Back

Definitely a good performance, he was given the ball close to the basket or when he got it away from the basket he turned and made a move to get there.

Much better effort. He benefited from some good finds, especially from Colvin, as well.

If we provide fresh-baked cookies in the locker room do you think he'll stick around the rest of the season?

    Re: Welcome Back

I would like to welcome him back for our game next Saturday with K-State.

I would also like to invite him to put up his 3rd straight monster game against Baylor. Take that shot-blocker down!

I think Colvin does a better job of getting him the ball.
Garrett waits so long the double team is there before the ball.
The kid is our future and it may be time to turn the keys over.

First half Craig Brackins was not pretty.
Second half Craig Brackins was a blast to watch.

While Scott recovers, too. It's a good opportunity to think about it. He and Garrett play well out there together, and it gives us some interesting lineups to roll out there.

    Re: Welcome Back

When he started attacking the rim more instead of fading away is when he got back into..hope to see it more

"We embrace that challenge and what it presents to us. Im going to approach all 12 games this way: Were going to win them all. If we prepare and then go out and execute, were going to win all 12. Now how many are we going to end up with at the end of the year? I dont know, and youre right, I wont put a number on it."- Paul Rhoads on having the toughest schedule in the Big 12

couldnt agree more.. he mentioned it on the post game on 105.1, that he needs to relax and then scan the D, and then attack the hoop and no settle for jump shots and fade aways

It's not like Colorado's even close to the worst team we've played this year.

May my postings be polite and not misunderstood. (And hopefully funny on occasion.)

    Re: Welcome Back

I loved watching his face during the second half. You could see the focus, and then you could see him enjoying himself. That's awesome to see - he was playing the game he loved for that 20 minutes, not getting frustrated.

    Re: Welcome Back

I agree. Hope he realized that posting up and heading towards the rim is where he can own people. He still had periods where he faded away or shot a couple of threes--but can't blame the guy for jacking up the threes when he's hot like that. Just hope he keeps hiss *** down on the blocks and continues to punish people.
