Is there any news out today on the status of McCoy's injury?

That makes no sense. I could care less too. What do you mean by this?

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

Re: Agonizing night for Texas QBs

The only reason for me to care about the injury was the fact that it knocked him out of the game, thereby taking some of the luster off of what otherwise might have been a memorable win and a national championship for the Big XII conference. Now that the game is over, I no longer care about the injury.

I'm sure a lot of people could care less given the proper motivation just like both of you.

    I couldn't care less myself.

Re: Agonizing night for Texas QBs

I believe wholeheartedly that Texas wins that game with Colt McCoy.

Heck, they had a shot to win it with 3 minutes to go in the game with a true freshman QB and only 30% of their playbook available to them. The QB running the ball on the option is a HUGE part of their game with McCoy... that was completely gone with Gilbert in there because he can't run it nearly as well.

The thing that stinks is that we'll never know what would have happened. The game was a BIG disappointment when Colt went down.

Regardless of what your opinion is of McCoy, the injury, the Longhorns or anything else, that is a DAMN good piece of writing above. That's some of the best journalism I've seen in years. That guy should be writing for somebody more prestigious than Yahoo Sports.

    True and Valiant

I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.
