    Entire team academically eligible

Not sure if this is old news or not (I just listened to Rhoads say it in the Insight Bowl Arrival Press Conference on CloneZone), but congrats to all the players on staying focused and getting the job done in class!

Now let's get the job done on the field, too!

Good to hear. I'm glad the players have focused enough on the academics. Not many of them will get a sniff from the NFL, so they better prepare for life after football.

Between 2/3 and 3/4 of the rosters of the USC's, OSU's, Florida's, Oklahoma's, Texas's etc never get a sniff (as in draw a paycheck for more than a few months)from the NFL. It's unfortunate that so many kids go into D1 football expecting to play in multiple Pro-Bowls, and end up leaving school without a degree. How many kids that Saban/Meyer/Weis/Stoops et al get told that they'll play in the NFL if they sign with their school??? And the concussions/brain damage thing sucks too. While I love football at all levels, it's getting harder to find it socially acceptable in it's current format.

You can spend a lot of time and money picking out the perfect floral bouquet for your date ... but you're probably better off checking if you have bad breath and taking the porn out of the glove compartment.
