I am all for the Doug Christie

and his wife not cheating on each other. This whole thing seems like she is controling the crap out of him. THis article mentions Jeff Hornacek also.

Re: I am all for the Doug Christie

I admire the guy for sticking to his vows. And then I read below and I see why there's times I'm glad I'm not married:

"The Christies, though, have been happily married for 15 years. They renew their vows each year on their anniversary, July 8. They’re both writers. The Christies are working on a book, called “Luv Pons,” which is a play on the words “love” and “coupons.” The book will contain what they call coupons that can be redeemed for things like foot massages. "

So let me get this straight - Tiger Woods has now been offered advice by the likes of John Daly, Ron Artest, Charles Barkley, and now the Christies.

yeah something seems really fishy about this marriage. You know he has to pull the serenity now about 10 times a day.

Re: I am all for the Doug Christie

I totally didn't get a "controlling wife" angle out of the article at all. It might be true, but based on what the article said, the two are happily married and have been for 15 years.

Maybe their very unusual methods are corny and a little extreme, but it sure is better than the alternative (aka Tiger Woods).

They don't because it would complicate them picking up the Ho's. by the way these women that mary NBA players, then act all shocked when they cheat on them are idiots. Don't feel bad for any of them.

Actually the more I think about it, it feels like one of those movie/sitcom situations where they are so over-the-top with the corny love stuff and then it turns out they swing on the weekends.

That's true, but I would add that alot of swingers are very happily married and have better relationships than monagamous couples, probably because they swing.
