Re: The next time you wonder why we stunk...

It was Barney Cotton, the SOB did it to us AGAIN. No wait, it was the FANS, because we had the nerve to be upset at a ridiculous effort against Baylor. Maybe it was JTS, nobody wants to play there. Of course the BVD/Wayne Morgan duo that has destroyed the entire athletic department.

It has to be one of those, it certainly has nothing to do with bad recruiting strategy, which changed yearly. And I know that it has nothing to do with recruiting kids with questionable character, and work ethic. It certainly isn't because you take flyers on kids that you know will never make it to campus, therefore giving you a reason to make excuses as to why your team consistently loses games that they should win.

Damn you Chuck Norris, damn you to hell.

I'm surprised to see Dobbins was only a 1 star.

He was probably two or three star until he signed with ISU. That never helps your rating...

That made laugh for some reason.

What a rough recruiting class that was, but some nice hidden gems as well. LaMarcus Hicks and Tim Dobbins 1 stars? Hit that jackpot there. I thought Travis Ferguson was going to be a solid player, maybe there's still hope.

Ah yes, that was the RB-saturated class.... and look where they are now... maybe Scales can have a breakout year, but it sounds like the Bass-master 2007 might be the real deal and step into the #1 spot right away....

I'm not huge into putting a lot of stock into the numbers of "stars" and I know Mac liked to find diamonds in the rough, but... there sure were a lot of 1 and 2 stars in that group....

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

yeah, Cotton scouted our ultimate frisbee team 2 years ago. We would have been inturmural champs that year if it wasn't for him!!

Thugs... How many of those guys ended up in Jail? I count Gair, Thompson, and the kid from Iowa City. Mac was not much of a disiplinarian as people like to give hime credit for.

Call me a pessimist (or call me other names, you choice), but I will believe it when I see it, Josh Johnson was the real deal, Scales was the real deal, Patrick Webster was going to win us a heisman. Stevie was a servicable back, but we have not had a great runner since Ennis.

Ahahaha and Chris Brown was converted to a corner, and Jerry Gair has life in prison.

I hate Scout.com though, Rivals is much better.
