    Graduation

    So, I graduate today!!!

Am I the only CFer? Or are there others???

FYI -- I'm a EE. Started Fall 2004. Took me longer due to internships, but I saw three different football coaches. I don't know if many people will get to say that.

Great for you! EE is a pretty rough degree. I took some EE electives and they were very rigorous!

    Re: Graduation

I thought I had three coaches- Duncan, Criner, and Walden, but they didn't fire Criner quick enough. Missed it by about a year.

    Re: Graduation

Commencement might be the most excruciatingly boring event I've ever sat through. I thought it was bad watching my two brothers and younger sister's commencements at ISU, but I can assuredly say that I nearly went crazy sitting down on the Hilton floor. I resorted to playing Snake and a bowling game on my phone for a good 45 minutes.

SO have you gotten the call to make a donation to the university as a alumni yet? They didn't even wait until I graduated to call me, I think they called the Thursday before graduation and tried to hit me up for $$

They called me a week after graduation. I told them that my $300 donation was going to my student loan bill that they helped me to accumulate.

Started fall '03 and graduated last weekend. Before the wisecracks come in, keep in mind that I dealt with deployments, internships, and changing my major my senior year

    Cue tommy boy quote

"We embrace that challenge and what it presents to us. Im going to approach all 12 games this way: Were going to win them all. If we prepare and then go out and execute, were going to win all 12. Now how many are we going to end up with at the end of the year? I dont know, and youre right, I wont put a number on it."- Paul Rhoads on having the toughest schedule in the Big 12
