Anyone have additional info on Melvin Goins? I have checked out the rivals database but there isn't much there (without paying). If we have indeed offered Goins as CR is reporting, does that mean we have now offered 3 PGs for 07? Goins, Delaney, and Garrett. Garrett sounds like a near lock. Are we then hoping to get 1 of the other 2 PGs? I don't think we would want all 3, would we? We really need to start looking for some players that will provide an inside presence for the future of the program. Brackins is a good start but not a true center. McFarland is a forward as well. Where is out Center talent? I don't even see anyone on the radar.

There aren't many true center types anymore and if we land a couple versatile power forwards we'llbe fine. As far as anybody being a lock, I think that wording is probably a little strong.

A lock for Garrett is probably too strong. But you get my point. Garrett has ISU as his number 1 right now. So if we get him, I doubt we would want two other PGs besides, correct?
