Kansas State is very good this year

That Frank the Snake has that team playing good basketball. I know he cheated his butt off in high school and he is an assistant coach away from being fired. His assistant that basically brings in the whole D.C. Assault AAU team is actually the best recruiter in America. I hope we can take them at home. They are playing good ball right now.

He should be...he makes more money than ISU's whole staff.

I still can't get over the fact that K-State might be good at basketball. For some reason I still think that we should never lose to them.

Martin is not on the verge of being fired. He has done a nice job coaching K-State these past three years. The belief that he can't coach is a message board myth based on assumptions, not on the work he has done at K-State.

Guard play carries teams in college basketball and Kansas State has great guards.

Nobody said he is going to get fired. I said if he loses Hill he is in some trouble. In the past Frank always get's good players. He recruited them in high school. Once he has good players he can coach. The problem lies in the fact that he has one assistant who brings him major talent. If Kentucky or Someone like them come calling for Hill and are willing to pay him. K-State will nosedive. I however would like to have there problem right now.

KSU is not good at anything. That is my stance and I refuse to budge from it.

Pullen is as good or better at guard than Clemente. On top of that, they have everybody back from last year, a top recruit in Wally Judge and a UConn transfer down low in Curtis Kelly.

if any of you watched their game against unlv on the road, you would know that they are really good. i only know two of there starters by name, but they all can score on there own, and will own us in the paint as well. sucks... maybe McD will come up with a great game plan...

I absolutely love how so many of you that bang on Frank Martin for being a lousy coach are the same people that want to put GM on a pedestal as a "great coach".

The reality is that Martin is getting the job done at K-State. You are who your record says you are. Oh, by the way, K-State is free to pay their assistants whatever they want to just as is ISU (and every other school for that matter).

    Jeesh!

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.

I don't think their staff is all that great in recruiting. I think prospects come in, and get stuck in Frank's hair gel.

Re: Kansas State is very good this year

I've watched them play at least three times and they play HARD. They are precisely the wrong matchup for us. I could see them rolling us by 25+ in Manhattan. They also have a home court advantage which was nonexistant about 5 years ago.

I don't bring my own opinions, just attack others.
