KSU did put together a decent resume.

    Better than Illinois or Purdue.

I never thought I'd see the day when Syracuse with a 10-6 big east record would get snuffed......ouch for them

    Re: Biggest snuff

Choosing Stanford was just ridiculous. Syracuse fiinished much better. So did KState. I would like to see the names and locations of the people who made up the committee. I thought Florida would have been a #1. UNC has the easy way though the tournament.

    Re: Biggest snuff

    The Bowlsby effect strikes again.

What bothers me is that their logic seemed to change for some different teams, i.e. conference tournament performance mattered for some but not for others.

Illinois? What? You have to be kidding. They split the Iowa series. Theuir signature win was at Indiana. On the road or any decent team, they lost. They are so Average. Drexel was better. NIT woiuld not have taken them.

I know that Air Force lost a couple games at the end of the year, but their rpi is 30. They had good wins, and I was surprised that they weren't in. Especially since they made it last year, and they had a better resume this year.

I agree with Darts (1st sign of the apocalypse).....Air Force was in the top 25 for much of the season. Drexel also deserved to be in.

They lost their last 4 games. A mid-major just can't do that and get an at-large bid.

Someone look at Purdue and tell me how they are in the NCAA tournament.

Air Force started fantastically (17-1 IIRC) but really fell apart at the end of the season. They picked the wrong time to stumble and paid for it.

    Re: Biggest snuff

Arkansas also didn't deserve to get in. Yes they made it to the SEC final, but they beat two mediocre teams to do it and the SEC is down this year as a conference.
