    Colorado Road Losing Streak

Colorado now has a 12 game road-losing streak. I would laugh at this, but I should probably hold off considering we just ended a much longer one...

I almost felt bad for Colorado last night. Not Hawkins, but the players. They played well enough to put that game away several times, but just couldn't do it.

OSU looked awful in the first half. 0-9 passing for 0 yards?! That's tough to fathom for an FBS school, especially a top 15 team. They won, but that didn't help their BCS resume.

One thing though, CO has hung tough with big teams this year. They arent winning, but have shown moments of improvement. I think we caught a big break with their play against us.

CU laid an absolute egg in Ames, then to play OSU tough says something about the players.

Why doesn't it matter. Their #2 QB was horrible but Tolson still had a hung game. When their #3 QB came in they started playing pretty good on offense. If Robinson is in there they don't go 0-9 passing in the first half.

That was a heck of a game to watch. Much more exciting than the blowout you would normally expect but I'm glad OSU pulled it out in the end. OSU's #3 QB saved the day in my opinion. No passing game = no win.

I tuned in the second half and was pleasantly surprised to see that the OSU lines did not look like world beaters at home. The game could have gone either way.

Because just two weeks ago, not many people were allowing Iowa fans to use that very same excuse as the reason for a loss to Northwestern.
