    Crowd Comment

Overall, I was pretty pleased with the enthusiasm of the crowd.

But I have to tell you, walking around the stadium before the game, I was extremely nervous. Don't think I have ever seen less pre-game excitement and fans for such an important game. I really thought we were going to have a poor crowd for the seniors and it made me kind of sad. Crowd was a little late in arriving, but as noted, I thought the people that made the game were in good spirits and helped the team.

I should have paid better attention to the weather forecast, it was a real crappy morning and I was not dressed well in preparation. Nice when the sun popped out.

Great crowd. It was cold if you didn't have a decent coat.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

    Umm why complain?

NHL teams need to be added to the favorite teams section.

Yeah, 2 hours before gametime, things were still pretty tame, but when you consider that it was our 2nd earliest gametime (and most of our games have been night games) that was going to make it so a lot of people were arriving closer to kickoff as opposed to several hours before. Especially when you add in the crappy weather sat morning.

I think the weather surprised some people. Had several regulars show up for the tailgate that hadn't brought enough clothes for the weather. Most hung around
the tailgating area a little longer, and went in at the last minute, because there
was some shelter from the wind at the tailgate. Fact is , it looked warmer than it
was and some forgot it was November.

If you wanna travel somewhere warm in December to watch the team, watch them when its cold in November. It was a little chilly early but the sun came out a little and was a GREAT atmosphere, very loud. I've come to like 43K and on their feet and loud over 56K and quiet, sitting down.

    Re: Crowd Comment

I had a great time at the game Saturday. The crowd seemed to be in good spirits, and was much better than I anticipated. I felt like the team's energy level, particularly for the defense and special teams, was great, and the crowd fed off it...

    Re: Crowd Comment

You wanna talk about disappointing crowds in a huge game, I'm STILL embarassed about the Mizzou game in 2004.

Chance to get into the Big XII championship, and there coyldnt have been more than 28000-30000 there.

    Re: Crowd Comment

I thought the crowd noise was outstanding vs Colorado. And I was nervous because right before the seniors were introduced I looked at the stands and it was pretty empty. But the crowd was great by the time the game started (or a little after).
