Bowl Game: Better Team vs Better Destination?

Just wondering everyone's thoughts on which you would like more...

For example: the Independence Bowl where you get a Georgia or Kentucky possibly an Ole Miss or Arkansas

    OR

playing in the Texas Bowl where it is a warmer climate but not a BCS opponent (Navy) or New Mexico Bowl against a Fresno State??????

Any bowl game would be great at this point. I won't be picky, I just want to go to a bowl.

Re: Bowl Game: Better Team vs Better Destination?

Any bowl game would be great. I would really like it if we went up against a team we could beat. SEC teams kind of scare me however, at full strength, we would have a better chance.

What I want is for us to qualify for a bowl in the first place...

Yes, I hope we do become bowl eligible.

Re: Bowl Game: Better Team vs Better Destination?

Exactly. No point in freaking out no matter what happens on Saturday. This team struggles to beat anyone with a solid offense. We beat Nebraska and Baylor. Both have pathetic offenses. CU's offense is good, but has struggled some (although playing better without CH as qb). We have a great chance to beat them at home.

After watching how Mizzou and OSU put it to us last year, it will be interesting to see how far we have really come as a team.

    Beggars can't be choosers.

And don't kid yourselves, Navy would come ready to play.
