    Agreed!!!

If only 7 turn overs, we probably lose. I loved the win, but Schwartz for 2 yards all the time isn't going to cut it unless we are +8 in the TO area. We didn't need to force it as it turns out, but we won't win many more playing this way. Please let Arob heal. Wouldn't hurt to have Arnaud either.

Edit: Obviously I hit the wrong button should be in the play calling thread. Bomb away at me. Great win but how many actually thought we would hold on? I didn't.

You do realize that Jesse Smith intercepted a pass on fourth down on Nebraska's final drive. If I recall correctly, no Nebraska player was even in the vicinity and so even if he drops the pick, we still would have gotten the ball back and then ran out the clock.

The ball was on target for a husker receiver who was open further down field for a likely first down if Jesse hadn't picked it.

I think one of our safeties gets there as the ball was little behind him, but I'm glad Jesse took that out of play.

That is why I said "even if he drops the pick." My point was that even if he bats the ball down there was no Nebraska player in the vicinity to catch the batted pass. This would be one less turnover and negates the premise of the OP.

My recollection is also the same as yaman. The ball was underthrown and I don't believe it would have been caught regardless of whether Jesse picked it or not.
