I wish I was able to make enough weekday games to justify that

Just sell off the ones you can't make, or give them away........

Well, trying to save money for the wedding plays a part as well. I thought about trying to split tickets with somebody, but the only buddy who would still for sure be in Ames to take advantage of weeknight games is also going to be student teaching that semester. Plus I believe he usually got hooked up with good tickets from his grandpa. I have however been dropping hints that a weekend mini-pack would make a good Christmas gift, so hopefully that works out.

As strange as this sounds, revkah and I were first looking at that option (or to buy tickets to 3 games) , and then pricewise, the season ticket was a better deal for us. We thought that we wouldn't make all of them, but we've been surprised in our case how open our schedule is, and how easy it is for me to get to work after the games.

On the other hand, we may actually miss one this year. Maybe.

hmm, food for thought. Maybe next year after MNCyGal's work and grad school schedule has cleared up a little. It just feels weird to watch on tv after being spoiled being in the pep band for so long.

It does. And our TV games have such great camera work in general, too.

Sometimes on those ESPN+ games, you can actually pick out how many players are on the court, it's amazing! It's like you're actually there, and sitting 30-40 rows higher than me and CycloneErik. Just make sure to bring an oxygen tank, and don't forget to tip your Sherpa.

A grown man should never need an oxygen tank to watch games from their couch, but you're right.

I think it is going to be a really fun year for Cyclone basketball, I have not been this excited for hoops since Will and Curtis!

I think so too. And the bad part is, this is the first season in about 5 years that I won't be in the student section, but instead I'll be working in Chicago. Hopefully, I can make it back for some weekend games.
