    Already Seen Enough

At the risk of repeating myself from last week, just wanted to note that I have already seen enough to know that ISU FB is in very good hands with CPR. And I still have hopes for some surprises yet this year.

After losing two heartbreaking games, the staff and team came home and absolutely took care of business against a team that whipped on Chiz last year. Yes, they were without Griffin, but it would have been easy (and expected) for the Cyclones of old to sputter and find a way to lose. If anything, the score of the game should have been a complete blowout.

    - Road Losing Streak: Snapped in convincing fashion.
    - Conference Losing Streak: Snapped in convincing fashion.
    - Road Conference Losing Streak: 3 opportunities

With ARob and AA being banged up, I promise that the outcome of the trip to Lincoln won't/can't change my mind, even if we get whipped handily. I have seen a lot of Cyclone teams go into Memorial and be out of it before the whistle blew. I don't think I will see that this week.

Give CPR a couple years to build depth and I think we will see big things.

As difficult as next year's schedule is, it doesn't look so bad with these guys running the show.

    Bring it, Utah.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.

Very much agree with this. Instead of worrying about the upcoming schedules, we may now be happy we scheduled the talent we did. By next year this team could very well compete with the stiffer competition.

I wasn't a Chizik hater before he left, but the thing that I love about this coaching staff is that WE are the ones who make 2nd half adjustments and come out looking better in the 2nd half of games. Last year it seemed like we would play a decent first half and then come out in the 2nd half to a team that knew how to beat us. We made no adjustments.

I agree with the CPR statements.
I always love watching his postgame locker room vids.
Here's his speech afte the Baylor game. Sorry if this was already posted, but needs to be posted again anyways. :) I love their water fight at the end.

Uconn isn't until 2011, but we can take it to Northern Illinois next year.

We don't play UConn next year, that is 2011.
