    Re: BCS standings

iowa loves that #8 spot, don't they? Seems like that's the number they always hit when they get to the top 10.

Hard to argue, given their results so far. Somebody said yesterday that they don't do it pretty, just find a way to win. Have to agree with that.

Watched about 3/4 of the Red River yesterday. Texas might be undefeated.... they are NOT the third best team in the country.

With a healthy Teebow, it's pretty much Florida, Alabama, then everybody else.

    Re: BCS standings

It's odd, while I agree #6 is about right (kills me to say that) I think they are better than two teams ahead of them. That being said I think there are about a half-dozen teams behind them that would absolutely take them to the woodshed.

I think Texas is the third best team in the country, but they are way behind UF and Bama.

    Re: BCS standings

Boise St. will drop down as the year goes on. The interesting thing will be cincy they really have pittsburg left on their schedule maybe that is any good will Iowa be able to jump them?
The other interesting thing to see is does the ACC or big 10 get a team to run the table outside of their highest ranked BCS team. If your a bowl do you take Georgia Tech or penn St. if they both run the table?
